 1. Agrochemical maintenance of agricultural production is carried out by the republican state enterprise on the right of economic management, established by decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The functions of the republican state enterprise on the right of economic management, established by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are:

conducting an agrochemical soil survey;

monitoring the fertility of agricultural lands;

forecasting and dynamics of soil fertility levels;

creation and maintenance of an information database on the agrochemical condition of agricultural lands;

assessment of the quality of crop production and its processed products.

3. A state institution has the right to provide paid services for:

conducting an agrochemical soil survey;

assessment of the quality of crop production and its processed products;

conducting additional soil surveys for the content of macro-, microelements, heavy metals, and aqueous extracts at the request of land owners and land users;

approbation of instruments and laboratory equipment, methods of chemical analysis in the field of agrochemistry with the issuance of conclusions based on test results;

provision of consulting services on methods and rules for chemical analyses of soils, crop production and products of its processing, preparation of a fertilizer system, and use of land plots. 4. Financing of the republican state enterprise on the right of economic management, established by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 No. 66.

This Law defines the legal, organizational, economic and social foundations for the implementation of state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
